Ginisang Pechay
Ingredients:
pechay, chopped
pork, thinly sliced
tomato, diced
onion, chopped
fish sauce
garlic
black pepper, ground
Cookware:
Wok
Procedure:
Saute garlic, onion and tomato.
Add pork and cook for 5 minutes.
Add fish sauce and black pepper.
Add water and simmer for 15 minutes.
When the pork is tender enough, add pechay. Cook for a few seconds then turn off the heat. Wait for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve and enjoy.
