Ginisang Pechay

Ingredients:
pechay, chopped
pork, thinly sliced
tomato, diced
onion, chopped
fish sauce
garlic
black pepper, ground
Cookware:
Wok
Procedure:
  1. Saute garlic, onion and tomato.
  2. Add pork and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add fish sauce and black pepper.
  4. Add water and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. When the pork is tender enough, add pechay. Cook for a few seconds then turn off the heat. Wait for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
