Any part(s) which, upon examination by the manufacturer, are found to be defective will be repaired or replaced without charge, except for shipping and handling fee, during the warranty period. This warranty does NOT apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or alterations.
Burned, warped or pitted cookware as a result of improper use are not covered by this warranty.
Replacement Parts Service:
Should a handle or knob become broken accidentally, it can be replaced for a minimum charge by filling up the Online Service Form in this page. Please identify the type of replacement (long handle, short handle or cover knob).
